Okay so I have been gone....

Posted 10-29-2009 at 10:50 AM by Lundind1

.....but I will say that this summer was a ride that I never expected. I will detail that a bit more in coming blogs.

For right now I will tell you that I have started a sports finance twitter and anything that I have going on in my life at this point.

Here goes: twitter.com/sportsfinance

Check it out. You might learn a thing or two about solvency.

Till I get back on here, have a happy Thursday. It is almost the end of week.

I am going through a tough time right now. As many of you may know, from a question that I posed on the message board in Dec/Jan, I have a Bachelors in Accounting. I lost my job because it closed in October of 2008. I was really hoping to find a job soon but that was not the case. I searched and searched to no avail. For those of you who don't know what a cycle is (I hope that you do) it is a single, double, triple, and home run in the same game. A natural is when you do it in just that order. There have been exactly 14 natural cycles in MLB to date,...

Pitch counter crapped out

Posted 04-18-2009 at 05:55 PM by Lundind1

Well my pitch counter crapped out on me, I think that it was from overuse. There is something to be said by watching the pitch counts during games. I have a rule for major leaguers as to how many pitches I would like to see thrown. Here is what I can usually gather from the number of pitches per inning.

<9. Extremely efficient and probably in line to carry no hits or one hit for prolonged periods of a game. Pitcher is getting all his pitches over and is extremely deceptive....
