Garza's value does increase with each start if for no other reason than it proves his arm is finally healthy. It's not that he's lighting the world on fire by beating up on the American League's saddest offense, it's that people can see he had some pretty good stuff on the mound again and every time he does that it makes his recent injury troubles look more and more in the mirror.

A guy with no physical concerns like Rios, it most certainly doesn't matter what he does on a day-to-day basis. People know what they are buying with him.
