One simple trick might be to shut down the Internet completely by unplugging the modem and taking out the battery if you have one. Let it sit at least two minutes before turning it back on. That might solve the problem.

There's also a way to clear your router cache, but I don't know how to do it and if this is Xfinity equipment not sure if you can. Might try that. Another option is to create a new home network and see if that helps. If you have Comcast do you have access to the Xfinity hotspot capability and if so try that just to test.
