Interesting Hamilton fact gleaned from B-R: in 1901, Hamilton was the 10th oldest player in the majors at age 35. Nowadays, that would make him about the 10th oldest player on the Chicago White Sox.
I hope the new model makes it, MLB needs a good Willie Wilson type. There haven't been many true burner lead off men in the league since the 80s. Looks like he's on the fast track; last year at this time he was playing in the Midwest League.
