Luzinski said yesterday that the '81 uni was the most comfortable he has ever worn. Although, he had to velcro down the collar because it would flop too much when he ran.

I still have my 1983 jersey....it has some weird fabric that feels almost plastic, but it's lasted 30 years (although I haven't worn it in 15).

I have heard a couple of former players say that that uniform was the most comfortable they ever wore. I even heard George Brett say they looked comfortable.
