I know. I'm very lucky to have these seats. Joined a full ST group in 1986. I think they first got ST in the late 70's.

I had my appt today - it was a waste of time, nothing even remotely decent for 4 seats. The only people who might upgrade this year would be 2 seat accounts at the back rows of the premium boxes, most likely people who became STH'S in the last year or so.

So I guess the Sox at least put a process together. The problem is the Sox keep a number of premium seats as "house accounts" so they can provide seats to VIP's etc. Last year I was taken to a Sox / Yankees game by a vendor and these seats were several sections closer to home plate and seven rows closer to the field. He bought the tickets on game day. When I asked my rep if i could relocate to those seats he said they weren't available that they were a house account. Oh well.

I guess they are letting 27 game plan holders to upgrade as well, my appointment is on Monday at 4:00.
