He's on pace for 10BB/142SO.

It's almost as good as the 16 game stretch Viciedo had last May!

Puig, June 3-20, 2013:
16 G, 62 AB, 6 HR, 12 RBI, 1 BB, 14 K, .452/.477/.790, 1.267 OPS

Viciedo, May 14-30, 2012:
16 G, 63 AB, 8 HR, 23 RBI, 1 BB, 4 K, .444/.453/.857, 1.310 OPS

Get back to me when Viciedo can run, throw, and field like Puig can.

I'm betting tonight that he's going to have another big game against a lefty like Richardson.

Don't hold your breath on that. Even if he couldn't do all those things, if he could just hit for more than 3 weeks at a time that would be nice. It's hard to believe the difference in him when he's hot and when he's cold.

But also, don't be surprised if Puig hits a real rough spot offensively at some point with his lack of discipline.

No doubt. Puig reminds of Vlad Geurrero, who was prone to extreme hot and cold periods. I'm sure he'll struggle once the league has seen him once. Be that as it may, he's looking like the most complete player to come into the league in a long time.

I could live with 142K's if he keeps hitting .460

More complete than Trout? Or De Aza?

He doesn't have Trout's speed, but his throwing arm is better.

I wouldn't even think twice of taking Trout. Harper's knees scare me though.

Interesting column on ESPN saying he could turn into Joe Dimaggio or Jeff Francoeur.
