Not sure if anyone cares but this is an interesting thing worth mentioning.
I am a huge Jimmy Buffett fan (have seen him every year since '96). He has played at various baseball stadiums over the past 9 years. Interesting luck when he plays. 2004 - Played Fenway Park, Red Sox won the world series 2005 - Played Wrigley Field, WHITE SOX won the world series ![]() 2008 - Played Citizen's Bank Park, Phillies won the world series 2013 - Played Comerica Park, ??? Just random information. I truly hope his concert playing luck for that team doesn't continue this year.

How does him playing Wrigley have anything to do with the Sox?

Part of the reason he played there was to "break the curse."

Maybe i'm the only one that finds irony in the fact that Jimmy Buffett played at Wrigley Field in 2005 partly to break their curse and the White Sox win the World Series.

Did Jimmy sacrifice a goat on stage or something? How would him putting on a show at Wrigley Field break the curse anyway?
