I agree. I like the guy and his attitude/approach to the game. I hope he earns a ring with somone else!

Jake always fought hard and gave it his all. Can't fault him for that. It's too bad things didn't work out for us when he was here.

I'll be rooting for him, except when he pitches against the White Sox. Good luck in Boston, Jake!

At first, Peavy's reluctance to come here rubbed me the wrong way, but as I learned more about him, I really liked his competitiveness. I always wished he would have taken more of a leadership role on the team to fire some of these guys up, but that's hard to do when you're injured so much. Good luck, Jake.

Best of luck to Jake, especially with his health. Some of the weirdest injuries ever. I liked him and will miss him.
