I do like the Braves' hats, however, IIRC, the original hats were more of a royal blue where these appear to be navy. I remember getting the cap and matching t-shirt from Sears when I was a kid.
I have a hat with the batter over the SOX that my wife got me a couple years ago. I don't love it because they never actually used that hat in games, but it does take me back to my childhood.

I would love for them to redo the entire uniform. The current ones are so tired.

Good thing you aren't a Yankees or Dodgers fan.

We have one of the best and classiest uniforms in MLB after years of ugly and almost clownish ones , stay with what we have.

Totally agree. It looks bad enough without the SOX lettering. It will look even worse wearing them with silver and black jerseys.

If they want to something gimmicky with the uniforms, why not wear white socks on Sundays (or any other day)?

What's next? The Diamondbacks wearing their old purple caps with their current unis? Not sure if this is the best idea.

These are BP hats, they're not going to see an actual game.

Disagree, there are some tweaks I'd love to see (maybe change up the alternate jersey or add a 4th), but overall the uniform scheme (IMO) is fine. To each their own, however.

The only change I would make to the current Sox uniform is to bring back the vests as an alternate jersey.

Otherwise, I think what the Sox have now is clean, classic and sharp. I like it.

That should be a mainstay with every uniform but with the pants legs so long these days no one would notice.

They really blew the chance to go back to white socks after 2005. Damn it, that would have been great.

It's a Sox tradition to change the uniform frequently. We aren't the Yankees. We shouldn't pretend to be.

They have pretty much been the same for almost 25 years now after switches every 4 or 5. I think they are here to stay.

MLB actually started making (perhaps encouraging is the better word) to wear the BP caps during the games. Even the Yankees did it.
