With 30 teams, any given team should only expect to have on average 1.7 players on that list. So yeah, we're under, but not really.

Fair enough, but the lion's share of the top prospects in the list were from the usual suspects (Yankees, BoSox, Cards) and struggling teams--including those people on the North Side. Within that context, a little more South Side presence would've been nice.
