Nice little write up and video on Courtney Hawkins, and Tim Anderson:

http://www.baseballamerica.com/minor...g-fresh-video/

Also he was the baseball America Hitter of the day in their prospect report:
HITTER OF THE DAY: Courtney Hawkins, LF high Class A Winston-Salem (White Sox)
Hawkins, whom Josh Norris profiled recently, had a monster night and nearly helped the Dash rebound from an 11-3 deficit against Salem, but they just fell short. Hawkins matched a career high with five RBIs, and he leads the Carolina League with 11 in five games.

Based on very little, I've always liked Ravelo. I think he'll make it to the show at some point.

Greatest Arsenal goal I have ever witnessed. Chills to this day watching it.

He can certainly put the bat on the ball. Now that they have moved him to 1B (not sure why), he'll probably need to develop more power. He seems to get a little more each year and advancement, though.

It's early, nice to see him making some solid contact (8 hits, 3 double, and 3 HR) but that K rate is still pretty ugly. 21 PA, 7 K.

Might be a bit early to call, but absolutely raking, 3 HR, 4 doubles and 12 RBI in 6 games. Already better than anything he showed last year.

He has shown the ability to put the bat on the ball and take walks. But I can't imagine a corner infielder with that little power.
