Semien, yes. Phegley? Tallest midget maybe. But neither of these guys are players that get your organization anywhere. Both are average hitters with poor defensive skills.

I watched Fulmer pitch last night for Vanderbilt. He has good stuff. He reminded me of two former Sox pitchers: Jake Peavy and Orlando Hernandez. I like Fulmer's upside.
