Exclamation Sox commuter parking question

Could someone tell me whether the Sox still allow a parking pass to be used for parking in the northeast Lot B in early morning so I can take the CTA to work in the Loop and back to the game? That used to be a sweet way to avoid paying to park twice. Many thanks in advance.

312-674-1000. More reliable information than any of us have.

You would think so! I did try them first, and two ticket staffers didn't know. They suggested that I call back after 3:00 and ask the parking staff. That person very helpfully offered to let me park (with my pass) in the employee lot after 11:00, but that won't help because work starts at 9:00. So the former early bird parking is done, in case anyone might wonder in the future.

You could email Brooks and pitch him that idea. For the cost of one $8/ hour employee, it might get a few extra butts in seats. Show your tickets for that evening’s game, pay the parking fee, hop on the El.

Wow.

A few years ago, they let us do that. Park on your way to work downtown. Hop the train and come back for the game.

Maybe there were liability issues letting cars sit there all day.....
