This is a tough question, as you can go by best pitcher long term or for a short period of time.

Pedro Martinez and Johan Santana (Twins) were about the most dominant pitchers I have ever seen face the Sox in person.

The few times I saw Clemens in person the Sox did get some wood on the ball. Same with Randy Johnson.

Chris Sale is the best and most dominant White Sox pitcher in my lifetime, No one from the '83, '93, or 2005 teams comes even close to being Chris Sale good.
