Default *Official* Six More Games of This Crap Postgamer

Carson Fulmer: textbook example of how sometimes one draft pick position really does matter. Hector Santiago, thank you for your 2011-2013 performance for us. That landed us Eaton who then landed us Giolito. But, I sure hope this is his last week in a Sox uniform.

Good news in last night's 11-0 stinker?
- Zack Collins had 2 hits and a walk, 6-game hitting streak. I would love to see him finish the year strong.
- Tim Anderson with another hit to hold on to his batting title lead
- 4 scoreless innings with only 1 hit and 1 walk from Cordero and Banuelos (2.0 IP each)

Also, I'm jealous of Cleveland's ability to flip Vinnie Freaking Pestano for Mike Clevinger. Up next tonight for the Tribe is Shane Bieber. They drafted him in the 4th round in 2016 and now he's a all-star starting pitcher. Must be nice to have a front office with such an eye for talent.

Too bad (for them) they can't support a large payroll and need to constantly reinvent themselves every few years.

Carson Fulmer needs a change of scenery. I think if he ever finds success, it won't be here. I hope the team cuts him loose during the offseason.

Or possibly a new pitching coach who doesnít insist on force-feeding a cutter to every pitcher he coaches...

How about a new pitching coach AND a change of scenery?

Fulmer does not deserve to throw another pitch for the Sox organization.

Steve McCatty in Charlotte couldn't get thru to him either. So you are right. Too bad for him and us.
