2012 Uniform Changes

The Astros are wearing throwback uniforms for every Friday home game this year to celebrate their 50th anniversary.

Interesting thing is that according to this MLBlog post, the Colt 45's throwbacks will not have the pistol on the jersey because it was "deemed inappropriate to include on a uniform".

Then why bother wearing it?

Maybe than can change the logo to the malt liquor!

Completely agree. Why bother wearing it? They should just use the first Astros uniform instead.
