Default Baseball Coming Back to Montreal (for two days)

TSN.ca is reporting that baseball will be back at Olympic Stadium in Montreal - at least for two days next spring. The Blue Jays will host the Mets in two preseason games on March 28-29, 2014.

While Olympic Stadium wasn't an exciting place from which to watch televised baseball, it is cool to see some baseball back in Montreal.

Damn, I miss the Expos.

It wasn't all that great to see live baseball at, either.

Yeah, it looked kinda crappy on TV, too. I really don't remember all that much about Jarry Park. I just always liked the Expos and wished they could/would have stayed in Montreal.

Fun fact: the place where Jarry Park once was is now part of the grounds for the Rogers Cup (Canadian Open). You can easily tell where home plate/the backstop was when you see this picture of the main stadium court here.
