Default Interactive MLB Payroll Chart

I came across this payroll chart that shows the payrolls of all teams for the current year as well as past and future years. What I found interesting was not how much teams at the top are spending, but rather at the bottom. Houston's payroll is what some teams have spent on one player. Here is a link to the chart.

I think that has been the case with A-Rod and some teams before.
